      How should I contact the course instructor(s)?
      The instructor’s contact information can be found in the Faculty page and in the course syllabus. Feel free to contact your instructor with comments, questions, and concerns. The instructor is available via email throughout the duration of the course. An effort will be made to respond to all email messages within 36 hours.
      Whom should I contact if I am having technical difficulties?
      Click on the Help & Tech Support page on the left-side navigation for support.
      How will I know about changes to the course or module?
      Frequently, you will find new announcements posted in Blackboard that contain information about current activities you are working on and any changes to the content. Please check announcements every time you log into Blackboard.
      How should I communicate with others in my course?
      You should communicate often with your classmates and with the instructor. The majority of communication will take place within the Blackboard discussion forums. When you have a question about an activity or a question about the course, please contact the instructor.
      Are there any requirements for sending email messages?
      When you send an email message to the instructor or to another participant in the course, please observe the following guidelines:
      • Include the title of the course in the subject field.
      • Keep messages concise. Check spelling and grammar.
      • Send longer messages as attachments.
      • Use a positive tone and stay mindful of how your message could be interpreted.
